Request Replacement Filter HelpIdentify your installed system
Replacement filters should be matched to the equipment they serve. A cartridge that looks similar is not enough to establish compatibility. Share the model name, the components currently fitted and any service information you have so the water team can identify the next step.
Tell us whether you are arranging routine maintenance or responding to a change in taste, flow or visible sediment. Those situations may call for different checks before simply changing a filter.
Check replacement sizes and compatibility
BullDog offers 11-inch sediment prefilters in packs of two for compatible equipment, including UPSTREAM whole-home systems, and universal 10-inch chlorine filter blocks in sets of two. The 10-inch chlorine blocks do not fit the EZChange Under Counter system. Ask the water team about scheduled replacement support.
For the UPSTREAM sediment prefilter, the product guidance is typically every three to six months, depending on the water and usage. Treat that as a starting point: the applicable product instructions and conditions at your home determine the appropriate schedule.
Plan your next filter change
Ask the team to identify the replacement part, the access needed and the interval appropriate to your equipment. Cartridges, filter blocks and a system’s main treatment media have different roles and service lives.
BullDog can discuss recurring replacement help if you prefer support with the schedule. For a system that needs investigation or repair, include what changed and when it began so your request reaches the right service conversation.
