BullDog Home Services is presented by Bulldog Security Services LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This section covers the BullDog Home Services website. Other BullDog and provider websites have their own privacy notices.

Information you choose to send

Our forms save your name, email address, phone number and the details you enter for the service you select. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your ZIP code, street address, city, state and nearest service area.
• Your move date, property type, whether you own or rent, and services of interest.
• Project preferences, timing, notes and, for business inquiries, your company, role or organization.
• A house photo submitted for a lighting mockup.

Share only details needed for your request and photos you have permission to provide. Do not upload identity documents, payment information, alarm codes, passwords or confidential files.

How we use your information

We store requests in a restricted staff workspace to review your needs, respond to your inquiry, prepare requested lighting mockups and coordinate service availability. Authorized staff can review the contact details, project information and photos you send.

Our team follows up using the contact details you provide. If another provider or partner is needed for your requested service, we discuss the next step with you. Website hosting and supporting service providers process information needed to operate the site. The optional email-marketing checkbox records your separate choice to receive service tips and offers; you can contact us to withdraw that choice.

House photos

The lighting form accepts JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos up to 20 MB. Uploaded images are processed into a standard photo format, with source metadata such as embedded GPS information removed. The resulting image is stored with the mockup request for review. A mockup is an illustration, not a final installation plan.

Website activity and browser storage

The website records page visits and the service viewed using a session identifier. It also records campaign or referral information when available, including landing and submission pages, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers supplied in a link.

Browser session storage helps retain that campaign information and remember dismissed offers during your visit. Shared website styles may also request fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts that provider when those resources load.

Questions about a saved request

Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to change your contact preferences. Identify the service and email address used without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed to handle an active request, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Before any work proceeds, the appropriate team or provider must confirm service availability, the property requirements, scope, price and scheduling. Availability and equipment options can vary by location and project.

Photos, design concepts, guides and service descriptions explain possibilities. Illustrative or generated scenes are not evidence of a completed BullDog installation. Lighting mockups may differ from an installed result. Product features, compatibility, warranties and any financing or provider terms must be confirmed in the documents for your actual project.

Service agreements

This website notice does not replace your written quote, installation agreement, monitoring contract, utility-provider enrollment or manufacturer warranty. Review the documents from the company providing each part of your service before you agree to proceed.

Utilities+ helps arrange service with other providers. Their availability, pricing, deposits and account terms remain separate. Security installation and alarm monitoring may also involve different companies and agreements.
